Sensei Sat commented "What a fantastic weekend for the Khalsa Karate. Every single student gave their heart and soul this weekend, medalling or not. The training before the competition over Christmas had definitely paid off. I was very impressed with the girls in the open category as they came against girls literally double the height and weight and got an absolute beating but still gave their all! Battered and bruised the girls stood there ground and fought like absolute warriors! Everyone boys and girls Kumite and Kata team made us all very proud! Well done to you for being so amazing from all the coaches, club, parents and YMCA!"
